Does the Lumen need to be high?

If your event is such that the crowd will need to take notes, you’ll need a projector with high lumens. Usually, less output is required of the projector if the room is dark. So for presentations, darkness is ideal. 

No heavy projectors 

You may host an outdoor event with presentations. You might also need to move the projector between rooms. This is why the projector should be lightweight and easy to carry. Also, make sure that there’s enough space to unload and load all the gears related to the projector near the place of your event. 

Screen choice

Projector screens can make or break the presentations at your event. Choosing the right projector screen is vital. It is equally important as choosing the right projector. You need to consider the aspect ratio of the screen. Aspect ratio is basically the shape of the screen. You’ll also need to determine if you need a freestanding screen or a hanging screen. And then there are front and rear projections. A rear projection will project the images onto the screen from behind which requires a special type of screen. Many people these days decide to go with a wall or other types of flat surfaces instead of a screen but we don’t recommend that because the texture and dirt on the wall or the surface might distract the crown from the presentation.
